Online Store Refund Policy
We happily accept returns or exchanges on defective merchandise. The buyer is responsible for the shipping and return postage. Please be certain of your selections before making payment as we are unable to make modifications once your order has been placed.
For non-defective merchandise there will be a 20% re-stocking fee, unless otherwise specified. The items must be returned in the original packaging unaltered and/or tampered with and in resalable condition. All requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Any and all damages not reported prior to requesting authorization for a return will be the purchaser's responsibility and may be subtracted from the total refund amount. Shipping fee will be deducted from return amount. Please ship the authorized item(s) with proper packaging to ensure the integrity of the items enclosed. CraftFancy is not liable for any damages and/or losses in transit to our location. Please include a detailed summary inside the package or copy of email correspondence regarding the authorization, to include invoice number and reason for return.
Retail Store Refund Policy
Open Stock (non-packaged) merchandise is not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes but is not limited to any product that is not in a package such as papers, pens, idea books, magazines, bulk ribbon, bulk items, etc. All sales or clearance products are non-refundable/non-exchangeable. Packaged merchandise that is undamaged and unused can be returned or exchanged within 14 days for store credit, provided that the original sales receipt is returned with the merchandise in resalable condition. We are sorry but we cannot accept returns after or exchanges after 14 days. Shipping charges are not refundable. Custom and special orders and discounted items are non-refundable. Deposits on custom and special orders are non-refundable. Special guest instructors classes are non-refundable.
